We serve documents in Washington, D.C., northern Virginia, and southern Maryland. (View our entire coverage area.) We strive to attempt service on all of our papers within twenty-four hours of receipt. Our process servers don’t just knock on doors—we investigate all leads and conduct neighborhood checks, vehicle identification, and postal verification. We have detailed written reports of all attempts, and provide call-back affirmation of completed service by our process servers on the road and staff in-house.
National
Same Day has an extensive network throughout the U.S. and Canada and all of our associates are members of the National Association of Professional Servers. Our network is committed to making every diligent effort to serve your process. We monitor, on a daily basis, all out of state court documents, and will provide you with the most professional service available, at or below the national rate quoted by our competitors.
